This kitchen installation was a considerable challenge.  Due to the age of the property, there were very few straight lines here!

Although the client had purchased standard cabinets, nearly 50% had to be reconfigured due to the undulating walls floor and ceiling.

Traditional building need traditional materials...

When limestone walls require maintenance it is important to use the right materials. Using cheaper, modern materials such as cement mortar rather than traditional lime mortar can trap moisture and damage the limestone

Spanning the entire width of the clients sitting room, these fixed bookshelves have no visible means of support. The bookshelves were manufactured from recycled scaffold planks at the client's request and subtly up lit using LED lights hidden in a rebate.

A simple cabinet manufactured using low formaldehyde MDF. The brief was for a modern but discreet piece of furniture to hide away the children's toys

The client wanted something made out of a sheet of birch plywood that had been used as a desk for several years.. After a considerable amount of sanding and cleaning., this was the result.

The finishing touch to newly renovated hallway in a classic Bath townhouse.

The Art Nouveau coat hooks were provided by the client with the raw walnut timber supplied by Timbersource in Chipping Norton. The raw timber was cut to size then planed and sanded in our workshop. Once the finish had been achieved, the piece was chamfered all round and given several coats of danish oil

A client asked if I could make a platform to hold a small swimming pool they wanted me to construct in their garden. The bad news was that it needed to be built on a steep slope and had to be able to support a weight equivalent to three Range Rovers! Deep piles were dug and  a considerable amount of cement was poured. Four years later, it's still in place.
